These Terms of Purchase apply to digital courses, educational materials, downloadable resources, and other digital products purchased directly from Turnt Tech Teacher LLC.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. Digital Product Access
Your purchase provides you with a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the purchased course or digital materials for your own educational purposes.
Purchasing a course or digital product does not transfer ownership of the content or any intellectual property contained within it.
2. Individual Use
Unless you have purchased an organizational, group, or licensing arrangement, your purchase is for one individual user only.
You may not share your account credentials, course access, downloads, videos, quizzes, explanations, music, worksheets, PDFs, or other course materials with another person.

3. Intellectual Property and Content Use
All original Turnt Tech Teacher course content and materials, including videos, written lessons and explanations, quizzes, graphics, downloadable resources, educational materials, original music, recordings, and other original content, are owned by or licensed to Turnt Tech Teacher LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased materials for your own educational purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you through your purchase.
Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute course materials
- Share account credentials or course access with another person
- Upload or publish course content on websites, social media, file-sharing platforms, learning platforms, or other services
- Record, download, reproduce, or redistribute course videos except where a download is expressly provided
- Redistribute or commercially use Turnt Tech Teacher music or recordings
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise commercially distribute course materials
- Remove copyright, trademark, watermark, or other proprietary notices
- Use Turnt Tech Teacher content to create or sell substantially copied or derivative training products
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of protected Turnt Tech Teacher content may constitute copyright or other intellectual property infringement.
Turnt Tech Teacher reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms and may pursue remedies available under applicable law, including appropriate injunctive or monetary relief where available.
4. Refunds
Digital purchases are subject to the Turnt Tech Teacher Refund Policy.
Because course content and downloadable materials may become available immediately after purchase, digital course and product purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been provided.
5. Educational and Career Disclaimer
Turnt Tech Teacher provides educational, career-development, and interview-preparation resources designed to help learners strengthen their knowledge, skills, and preparation.
Purchase or completion of a course does not guarantee employment, an interview, a job offer, promotion, certification, salary level, examination result, or any other professional outcome.
Individual results vary based on factors including experience, preparation, qualifications, market conditions, employer requirements, and other circumstances outside the control of Turnt Tech Teacher.
6. Course Updates
Turnt Tech Teacher may periodically update, revise, add, remove, or reorganize course content to improve the learning experience or keep materials current.
Course lessons, examples, tools, resources, questions, and supporting materials may therefore change over time.
7. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity associated with your course account.

8. Suspension or Termination of Access
Turnt Tech Teacher reserves the right to suspend or terminate course or account access when there is reasonable evidence of unauthorized account sharing, copying, redistribution, resale, piracy, fraudulent activity, misuse of course materials, or another material violation of these Terms.
Access terminated because of a material violation of these Terms is not eligible for a refund.
Suspension or termination of access does not limit Turnt Tech Teacher's right to pursue other remedies available under applicable law for infringement, fraud, or other unlawful conduct.
9. Third-Party Services
Certain features, payment processing, course delivery, video hosting, music services, or other functionality may rely on third-party platforms.
Turnt Tech Teacher is not responsible for temporary interruptions or changes caused solely by third-party services, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist with verified issues affecting access to purchased content.
10. Reservation of Rights
Any rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms remain with Turnt Tech Teacher LLC and its applicable licensors.
11. Changes to These Terms
Turnt Tech Teacher may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices, or legal requirements.
